Multi-property compliance software: one standard across every building you oversee

A single property is a record. A portfolio is a governance problem — dozens of properties, each with its own obligations, authorities, vendors and deadlines, and one leadership team accountable for all of them. Mason Mathews holds the same closure discipline across the entire estate and shows you, property by property, where the exposure is.

The problem

A portfolio-wide average hides the one building that is blocked.

Regional directors and management companies see compliance through monthly reports written by the people being measured. Each property keeps its own spreadsheet, its own binder, its own definition of "done." A blocked fire pump in one building disappears into a 94% portfolio score — until the fire marshal, the insurer or ownership finds it first.

Mason Mathews applies one governed workflow to every property. The condition of each building is stated the same way, verified the same way, and rolled up without being averaged away.

What leadership sees
  • Every property's condition — Blocked, Watch or Clear — rankable, with the reason and the next action
  • A blocked property visible the moment you log in, never buried in an average
  • Which properties are improving and which are slipping
  • Overdue obligations by property, by owner and by vendor
  • Expiring vendor certificates and permits across the estate
  • An exportable record of every verified closure, on request
What stays at the property
  • Each building's obligations are configured to its own jurisdiction, authority and equipment
  • Property teams own their items and capture evidence where the work happens
  • Verification is done by a different authorized person at that property
  • Client data is separated by organization; access is governed by role
  • The record stays with the property when managers, engineers or boards change
Who it is for

Management companies, ownership groups and regional leadership

Hotel management companies and regional engineering leaders overseeing several properties. Community association management firms responsible for a book of condominiums and HOAs. Ownership groups and asset managers who need a defensible record across the assets they hold. In each case the question is the same: can every building prove its condition, and can you see it from one place?

Questions

Common questions

How is a property's condition calculated across a portfolio?

Each property is Blocked, Watch or Clear based on what is open among the obligations it tracks. A critical open item blocks that property regardless of its score. The portfolio view ranks properties by condition; it never averages a blocked building into a clear portfolio.

Can properties in different jurisdictions be held to one standard?

Each property is configured to its own applicable codes and authorities, while every closure meets the same evidence-and-verification requirement. The obligations differ; the discipline does not.

Who at the portfolio level can close an item?

Nobody. Closure is verified at the property by a different authorized person than the one who did the work. Portfolio users see, report and escalate; they do not sign off property work.

Is client data shared between organizations?

No. Each organization's properties, findings and evidence are separated, and role-based access limits what each user can see.
